I, Nisha Rai, a dental nurse in the UK and my husband, Surya Kumar Rai is a Mechanical Engineer in British Army, have always shared a common passion—cooking. Over the years, our love for experimenting with Nepali recipes grew into a vision to create a space where we could bring these flavors to life and share them with our community.
